The ZML sweeper has been designed for small and large private and municipal companies. It is perfect to maintain large surfaces clean, i.e. asphalt, concrete, paving stones, roads and squares. The rigid design of the machine allows to adjust the working width to customer needs, from 120 cm to 240 cm. In our sweepers, we have replaced rubber elements with elements made of polyurethane to increase the reliability and life of the machine. The use of a polypropylene, steel or mixed brush with a diameter of 60cm is an innovative solution. The machine is equipped with an original floating assembly to be adapted to the sweeping terrain. The standard equipment of the sweeper involves the assembly options suitable to most chargers on the market: SMS, EURO, TUZ and forks pockets. The ZML sweeper is the only machine that can be expanded with additional components to support and improve its operation, such as: waste container, side brush, brush spray system and hydraulic adjustment of the sweeper's working angle. The sweeper for the agricultural industry. It has been designed to organize large storage areas, halls, parking lots. BASIC EQUIPMENT - brushes made of very durable polypropylene fibre with a diameter of 3mm and a height of 250mm, arranged in rows. The first row of the brushes is as the "V" letter, which results in more precise collection of dirt. - support feet to prevent the bristles from deformation, and thus increase its service life after work; - three types of assembly options: pockets for forks (provided wrench to assembly), TUZ of the 2nd category, assembly on the loader bucket blade. Snow remover - sweeper of the ZE series It is widely used for cleaning asphalt road surfaces, pavements and squares. The basic brush consists of polyurethane rings put on a metal shaft in the ZIG-ZAG system. Such arrangement of the rings ensures thorough and even surface cleaning. The ZE sweeper is driven by the hydraulic system of the machine on which it is assembled. The sweeper functions are increased by the adjustment of the working angle, which is mechanical by default and allows the device to be set at an angle of 15° (optionally, a hydraulic cylinder controls the working angle). In the sweeper, an innovative suspension system with a polyurethane spring that allows the machine to copy terrain has been applied. As standard, it is possible to choose from three SMS, EURO or TUZ assembly options. In addition, we produce assembly based on individual customer orders.
